Returns & Exchange Policy
M/s Witty Wise Solutions is a one stop specialty store for newborns and toddlers - a happy place for mother and child. From its inception to now, Wearanake has thrived on its purpose to make the early parenting experience a joyous one. We work very hard to curate only the very best products for you.
We are happy to accept a return or exchange only if the product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or has a sizing issue. We can either refund as store credit in case you want to utilize it later or refund to source.
Eligibility Criteria
Your purchase is eligible for exchange or return only if it meets the following conditions:
- Your delivery address is within India.
- All tags and packaging are in place.
- The product has not been worn or used.
- Custom made products are not eligible for exchange or return unless the piece was received in a damaged condition. In that case, notify us within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
- Certain products have a no-return policy, including customized products, feeding bottles, diapers, flash cards, furniture, and similar items. Discounted products are not eligible for return.
How To Return A Product
Step 1: Initiating a return or exchange request
Write to us at support@wearanake.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product along with the order number, photos, and the reason for return. For exchange requests, mention the piece you currently have and the one you would like instead.
If it is later than this, write to us and we will work together to see what we can do. We will approve the request if it is eligible as a returnable product and provide detailed instructions by email regarding pickup.
Step 2: Reverse shipping
Reverse pickup is available at selected pin codes. In this case, the shipment reaches back to us within 10 to 15 days owing to courier company policy. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier service is unable to pick up after two attempts, you are responsible for shipping it back to us.
In some pin codes due to lack of serviceability, you would need to courier the parcel back to us yourself. In that case, store credit equivalent to shipping charges will be added to your store account for self couriering the shipment and can be redeemed on your next purchase. Use a reputable service that provides tracking and mention your name, order number, and "Wearanake" clearly on the package.
Step 3: Quality check
To be eligible for a refund, we must receive the product in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact and store bill if provided. The shipment is your responsibility until it reaches back to us.
In case of a sizing issue or exchange, we encourage you to place a new order for the required size or product and return the original product for a refund.
Refund and Store Credit
In case of a return, refund as Wearanake store credit only will be processed after receipt and validation of the returned original product.
You can get a store credit for the same value of the returned product. This can be redeemed in full value on the website. These credits lapse at the end of the calendar year.
In case of damaged, defective, or missing product, your funds can be refunded to source on request. The source is defined as whichever payment method you chose while completing the transaction at Wearanake. Refunds will reflect in the source account between 7 and 14 days from the date of approval of the return request.
For COD returns, funds will be refunded only as store credit. Shipping and Handling Fee and COD Convenience Fee are non-refundable.
Returns Not Accepted
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if:
- The seller does not accept returns or exchanges.
- The product is made to order, customized, or personalized.
- The product returned appears to be used, altered, resized, or damaged in any other manner.
- The product returned is not in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product is missing original fixtures like boxes, seller invoice, tags, labels, original packing, spare buttons, freebies, or other accessories, or such fixtures are torn or damaged.
- The product belongs to specific categories like innerwear, food and drink, or any other product that is fragile, perishable, or may have a hygiene related issue.
- The product is on sale.

Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be canceled or modified. In certain special circumstances we may be able to accommodate your request.

In the rare chance that the product you have ordered is not available with the seller, we will be happy to send you some alternative options. If they are to your liking, we can modify your order. If not, we will refund the amount equal to the value of the canceled product along with equivalent Shipping and Handling Fee to your original mode of payment.
Custom Made Products
If you have ordered a custom made product, exchanges and refunds will not be possible for this. It will only be possible if the piece was damaged at the time of receipt, and this must be informed to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange And Refund Timelines
Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our head office, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time, i.e. 8 to 10 working days for domestic shipments.
Once our team conducts a quality check at our head office, we will confirm the refund. You can expect the amount to be refunded within 14 working days.
Terms and Conditions
- Credit notes for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the registered email address.
- Replacements will be offered based on availability of product.
- If we do not have the replacement product, we will be happy to offer you a credit note.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
